Any unpaid, returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. (Personal Checks must "clear" before shipment of the item)

Layaway Option:

All Items may be placed on "Layaway" with Creations by Stevi T Per the following guidelines.

Layaway requires 20% deposit.

Items can be placed on Layaway for up to Six Months.

All merchandise is considered to be the property of Creations by Stevi T until the Balance (payment in full) has been received.

If a problem should arise during a Layaway transaction, notice is to be immediately given to Creations by Stevi T so other arrangements can be made.

Accounts 30 days Past Due will be assessed a Late Fee of $25.00

Accounts 60 days Past Due will be considered in default and the item will be available for sale to the public.

We will contact you by phone with your purchase total (including shipping) within 24 hours. At that time, credit card information will be accepted.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are always welcome!

A deposit of 50% is required when the order is placed.

This deposit is Nonrefundable.

When the order is complete, a photo will be sent for customer approval.

After customer approval is received, the Balance is due in full.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be Via UPS Insured Ground service,

Or

US Registered Postal Service.

Damaged Shipments:

Any merchandise that arrives damaged MUST be reported within Three Days of receiving the shipment. Keep All Packing Materials for inspection by the carrier.

Creations by Stevi T will file a claim with the carrier.

Returns:

Orders may only be returned if declared within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Authorization for Return must be obtained by Creations by Stevi T and must be received, in original condition within 10 days.

Credit will be awarded for AUTHORIZED returns. There shall be NO CASH REFUNDS.
